Contractors and delivery vehicles may be charged road access fees at the Security Gate on Harbor Island. Be sure that you have discussed this with the contractor, service provider, or store making the delivery before having anyone come to the Island.

Dear Contractor:

You may download an application for 2010 Harbor Island decals for your business vehicles HERE. Please read this application thoroughly. The decal will be valid from January 1, through December 31. There are no changes in the billing and fee structure since last year.

The following information will be required for each vehicle registered:

• Business address, phone number and name of contact person

• Copy of valid United States driver's license for ALL persons who operate the vehicle on Harbor Island

• Copy of current vehicle registration

• Copy of current insurance

• If you have fleet insurance, only one copy is necessary.

REQUIRED: For those companies registering more than one (1) vehicle, we require a separate sheet of paper containing the license, registration and insurance information for each vehicle. If the required information is not received this way, we will be unable to process your decal request.

Please complete the application and send by mail, email, fax or in person, together with a copy of all requested information and your payment. Please call Donald Woelke, Chief of Security, at 843-838-4890, if you have any questions concerning your application or decals.

No person entering Harbor Island in a vehicle with a business, commercial or contractor decal shall be allowed to engage in any activity on Harbor Island other than business, commercial or construction. A violation of this prohibition will cause the revocation of such privileges for that person or business entity, or both.
